Orders OUTSIDE of Our Delivery Zone
We would like to say THANK YOU for being an 869ToGo customer and we appreciate your business.
We continue to analyze and streamline our processes to ensure that we are able to provide the best experience to our customers. We are currently developing new ordering capabilities, that would allow us to expand our delivery zone island wide. Until these new capabilities are completed and ready to implement we need to make some adjustments that may affect some customers.
In the past we have delivered to locations outside of our established Delivery Zone. We always try our best to accommodate those persons who request deliveries outside of our delivery zone, but, unfortunately, this can impact the flow of deliveries causing major delays during our busier times.
As such, effective immediately, we will no longer be able to do any deliveries outside of our Delivery Zone AFTER 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you will be outside of the Delivery Zone and would like to place an order for delivery on these days, you must order before 4pm on these days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
We will make every attempt to offer delivery to you outside of the normal zone at all other times but still encourage you to contact us, using the chat feature on our website, or calling us at 465/663/760-2777, before placing such an order, so we can confirm the expected time of delivery.
We are actively looking at ways that will allow us to still accommodate your deliveries, on the above mentioned days and times (Thursday to Saturday, after 4pm), even prior to the deployment our new system. Once we have confirmed how this will work, we will get back to you.
