Fleet Driver / Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prioritise delivery requests by urgency
- Coordinate driver routes and schedules
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Communicate status updates on orders, traffic conditions and delivery requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills with fast, accurate data entry
- Excellent customer service aptitude
- Proficient in English — oral and written
- Strong organisational and active listening skills
- Valid Class P driver's licence
- Food handler's permit
- Minimum 4 years driving experience
- 25 years or older
- Clean accident and criminal record
- Good knowledge of St. Kitts geography
- Flexibility to work variable hours
